Question 1

What is Brickmakr?

Accepted Answer

Brickmakr turns a photo or an idea into a custom brick set. Upload a photo of your pet, your house or anything you love, or just describe it, and you get a brick model designed for you. If you like it, order the real bricks and build it at home.

Question 2

How long does a design take?

Accepted Answer

Minutes, not days. A design is ready in small about 20, medium about 40, big about 75 minutes, depending on the size. You can close the page while it works: we’ll email you when it’s ready, and it shows up in Your Creations.

Question 3

What do I get when I create a design?

Accepted Answer

A 3D model of your set that you can spin around and inspect, studio views of it, and the full parts list with every brick and colour. From there you can order the bricks, or keep it private and simply enjoy the design.

Question 4

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Designs are paid for with tokens, which cost US$1 each, and your first small design is free when you sign up. Small (50–400 pieces): 1 token to design. Medium (400–1,000 pieces): 2 tokens to design. Big (1,000–2,500 pieces): 3 tokens to design. Ordering the bricks is always optional. The bricks are priced by how many pieces your design uses, and you see the price before you order.

Question 5

What comes in the box when I order a set?

Accepted Answer

Every brick you need to build your set, plus step-by-step building instructions, so you can put it together yourself at home.

Question 6

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

We ship to more than 60 countries, including Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, and much of Asia and Latin America. Standard delivery is a flat US$10 per order, however many sets you add to your cart, and sets typically arrive in 2–4 weeks. You enter your address at checkout.

Question 7

What happens if a design fails or I don't like it?

Accepted Answer

If a design fails on our side, the tokens go straight back to your balance automatically. A design that completes uses its tokens even if it isn't quite what you pictured, so add a clear photo and a few words of detail for the best result.

Question 8

Are my photos private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your designs are private unless you choose to make them public, and the photos you upload are never shown to anyone else, even on a public design. We don't sell your personal information.

Question 9

Can I buy a set someone else designed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Browse the community sets, made public by other Brickmakr creators, and order any of them with real bricks delivered to your door.

Question 10

Are these LEGO sets?
