The service

Brickmakr is a tool that generates brick-style models from prompts and photos you provide. We may change, pause, or stop features at any time.

Accounts

You need an account to generate builds and buy tokens. You must be 18 or older. Keep your login secure and tell us if you think someone else is using it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms the service, or looks fraudulent.

Tokens

Tokens are prepaid credits used to generate builds. They are not cash, property, or a gift card, and they have no value outside brickmakr.

Pack prices can change. If a generation fails on our side, we return the tokens for that job to your balance. Successful jobs spend tokens even if you dislike the result.

Token purchases are generally not refunded in cash, except where the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable law requires it. Unused tokens are not paid out if you close your account.

Buying a set

Some builds can be ordered as a physical brick set. That is a separate purchase from tokens. Generating a model does not mean we will sell or ship that set.

We may mark a set as not for sale at any time — for example if parts are rare, discontinued, or we cannot or do not want to fulfil it.

If you have already paid and we cannot source the parts, we may cancel the order and refund that set purchase to the original payment method. Cancelling a set order does not refund the tokens spent to generate the model, except where the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable law requires it.

Your content

You keep whatever rights you have in prompts, photos, and other material you upload. You give us a licence to host, process, and display that material so we can run brickmakr, including showing builds you make public.

Do not upload photos or text you do not have the right to use, or anything illegal, abusive, or that tries to break the service.

Generated models are for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise. We do not promise they are accurate, buildable, safe, or free of third-party rights.

Public builds

If you make a build public, others can view it. We may feature public builds on the site. You can change visibility later, but copies people already saved may remain.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
