This explains what brickmakr collects and why. See also our Terms of Service.

What we collect

Account details from Google sign-in (name, email, and a user id).

Prompts, photos, generated files, usernames, stars, and feedback you send.

Payment records from Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).

Basic usage data via Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use advertising cookies.

Advertising measurement through Google Ads and Meta Pixel, which may use cookies and device identifiers to associate visits, first completed builds and purchases with ads. Purchase events include the amount and currency. We do not include your uploaded photos or build prompts in these event payloads.

How we use it

To run your account, generate builds, take payment, show public galleries, improve the product, and contact you about the service.

Prompts and photos are sent to our generation providers (including OpenAI and related infrastructure) so we can produce the model. Do not upload anything you would not want processed that way.

Who else sees it

Processors we use to operate brickmakr: Supabase (auth, database, files), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in), OpenAI and related generation/sandbox providers, and Plausible (analytics).

Google and Meta receive advertising measurement events to help us measure and improve campaigns. When enabled, X Pixel also measures visits and first completed builds using cookies and device identifiers.

Public builds and usernames are visible to anyone. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep account and build data while your account is open, and payment records as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your account at the email below and we will remove personal data we do not need to keep.

Your choices

Email hello@brickmakr.com to access, correct, or delete your data, or to close your account. You can also stop using the service and sign out.

If you are in a place with extra privacy rights (for example the EU, UK, or California), we will honour those requests as required by law.
